What We Do
Intake Strays and Owner Surrenders
Mew fields calls and requests daily from the community to help stray cats and also to help owners who need to surrender.
Adoptions & Foster Program
All cats must have a foster home to come into Mew, and that foster helps to facilitate adoption. One cannot happen without the other!
Mew Cares
Cat owners should have resources to keep their cats healthy and at home. This program provides financial assistance for rent deposits, vet care and food and litter.
Trap Neuter Return
TNR is the answer to the root cause of the cat overpopulation crisis. We help the local community trap, get those cats altered, and release them back.
Huge Need in NWA
Mew receives 5 or more requests per day to help cats in the local area. This ranges from people finding stray cats and kittens in the wild to owners needing to surrender their cats. In addition Mew runs a program called Mew Cares that helps local residents with vet care and food. Mew believes no one should have to give up their pet due to not having the resources to care for them. Your donation helps us to continue this work in Northwest Arkansas.

How Donations Are Used
100% of your donation goes to help the cats. We are volunteers with no salaries to pay. There is no overhead facility costs. We continue to do our work with support from the community.
